Biography

Sreehari Manikkan is a PhD student in the School of Mechanical Engineering at Purdue University, West Lafayette, working in the Predictive Science Laboratory. His research interests lie in applying and developing physics-based probabilistic machine learning and AI approaches for bringing automation and autonomous capabilities to complex systems. Prior to his PhD, he completed an M.S. by Research in Mechanical Engineering with a concentration in Thermal Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, where he worked on physics-informed neural networks. Before that, he served as a research assistant at IIT Madras. He received his B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from NSS College of Engineering, Kerala, India (affiliated with the University of Calicut then).
